Casa do Zezinho in Saõ Paulo
Since its founding in the 1990s, we have been supporting Casa do Zezinho in Saõ Paulo. The house is a refuge for 1,500 Brazilian children who would otherwise be living in poverty. It provides the children with an education and helps them discover and develop their skills and potential.
HC Oppenweiler/Backnang und TV Oppenweiler 1911 e.V.
We have been the main sponsor of the HC Oppenweiler/Backnang and TV Oppenweiler 1911 e.V. handball teams since 1982. They are the largest sports club in the town where we have our headquarters and they play an important role in the lives of the locals, many of whom are our employees.
Wigan Rugby Union Football Club
The UK branch is the main sponsor of Wigan Rugby Union Football Club, the Mini and Junior section has grown significantly over the past few years, now approximately 300 children aged 6 -19 years play and train each week. Murrelektronik UK are extremely proud to be an active partner in supporting this growth and helping to increase the profile of sport within the local community. The club is managed by a dedicated team of volunteers, working hard each week to uphold the core values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment and discipline. By supporting grass roots rugby, we support the local community, help the club be more sustainable and ensure rugby’s core values are inclusive to all.
