Become part of our dynamic team! We are looking for Regional Sales Managers to expand our market presence and grow sales in both the NORTH EAST & SCOTLAND AREA and SOUTH & SOUTH WEST AREA. 

   

Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking for your next role?

Could you drive growth, build strategic customer partnerships and lead sales activity across a thriving UK region?

If you have an in-depth knowledge and practical experience in electrical automation technology and a commitment to supporting customers in achieving their operational goals. Then this might be your next career move!
 

Technically minded with previous experience in Industrial Automation sales, you are the main contact for our existing and potential customers in your designated sales area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their automation needs and achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop full system solutions in collaboration with the customer, UK Application Support Team, International Account Managers and Product Development Specialists
  • Plan, deliver and report on sales targets and KPIs using our Business Interface software and CRM platform
  • Be a contributing voice to the UK Sales Team - sharing successes and supporting colleagues as we drive towards our annual sales target
  • Take a holistic approach to sales - understanding customer pain points, industry sectors needs, and applications
  • Update customers with new product innovations and industry trends
  • Work in close collaboration with the UK internal sales support team, technical support and marketing

Your Profile:

  • Degree Qualified
  • Indepth knowledge and experience in automation technology, fieldbus technology and industrial networks is a must
  • You have the ‘sales gene’ and the relevant sales experience in the field of industrial automation
  • You deal with people in a confident and professional manner
  • Full clean driving licence
 

Your salary will be defined and based on your experience and qualifications.
